In occasion of the next Scientific Assembly in Sydney we are glad to invite our associates to debate on “What’s new in the History (and theory) of International Relations after 1989?”. Papers sent for the Meeting of the Commission at the 20th International Congress of Historical Sciences Sydney July 2005 and contributions of some of CHIR associates to the discussion on this topic are now on line into the reserved area (see Sydney2005).
